Doprollen zijn toiletrollen met daarin een speciale koker, waarvoor een speciale doprol dispenser wordt gebruikt. In deze dispenser passen vaak 2 doprollen tegelijk. wanneer de onderste rol op is valt het kokertje eruit en valt de bovensterol direct naar beneden en neemt de plaats in van de vorige rol. Ook dit systeem wordt vele gebruikt in bijvoorbeeld de horeca.
